Volunteers

All Stirrups ‘n Strides Volunteers must complete this application and receive orientation and training prior to volunteering on an ongoing basis. Use this form for the Citra/Orange Lake or the Hillcrest School location. (Form revised 1-2020)

If you are participating in an equine activity at Stirrups ‘n Strides such as attending a training, professional development seminar, horse show or a private lesson, complete this form. (Form revised 6-10-2019)

Each year we require active volunteers to update changes in their personal information. If you have a change of address, contact, health information or preference of days you can volunteer, complete this form. (Form revised 8-2019)
Riders
>Rider/Driver Application and Health History
All riders should have forms completed and turned in by September 1, 2019 for the 2019/20 year. The new session year starts Oct. 1, 2019.

This form is required to be completed by your physician.
>Class Days and Times
We are now having classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Stirrups ‘n The Stirrups ‘n Stripes Veterans program will continue on Friday mornings.
>Scholarship Application
All applications must be completed and turned in no later than September 1, 2019. Scholarships are limited and good for 1 year.
